I’ve decided I’m going to do a project on all the strange faces I make.
Hi everyone! Thanks for the great response to my last post about my Grimm’s covers! I’ve been working on some new versions, but still haven’t quite decided which one I want to finish, and the deadline’s this week. Ugh. TOO MANY CHOICES. Anyways, here are a selection of the versions I’ve made!
Seriously. I can’t make up my mind. Any thoughts?
Had a little fun yesterday/today working in Illustrator and Photoshop, trying to figure out a more comfortable working method. BOOP. Fun stuff! Here’s some process for the little doodle I worked out.
A late birthday present for my brother, that was originally supposed to be done for christmas.

A recent commission.
Today’s Tarot Card Adora was drawn by illustrator Kelsey King from Minnesota. Kelsey wrote: Adora holds the symbols of the four suits, the wand, the pentacle, the cup and the sword. The number 2 on top represents her being two years old, the sun in the background references the sun card. The plant imagery represents growth, beauty, and vitality.
Kelsey’s DeviantArt portfolio, her facebook profile. This was done after a request on the Adora Art Wish List. Thank you so much, Kelsey!

I made myself a new sketchbook a few days ago, with toned paper.
Sketchbook experiments.
Now I’m feeling nostalgic! And like I need to figure out what I’m doing this summer when I get back…
